Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

The item must be in the same condition that you received it

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged)

Items returned without original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We do not provide prepaid return labels

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

After this time, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 7–15 business days for delivery

Returns are only accepted after the item has been delivered
